IESCO Request for Bids — Procurement of Civil Works (Single-Stage Two-Envelope)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) PMU invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works. Procurement will be undertaken through the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope (technical and financial) bidding procedure.

Eligible bidders must submit bids accompanied by an appropriate Bid Security in an acceptable form (Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Bond). Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the bidding documents.

Bidding documents are available from the IESCO-PMU upon submission of a written application and payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee. Completed sealed bids should be delivered to the IESCO-PMU office (contact Director, IESCO-PMU) at the address provided by IESCO for submission. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per the bidding schedule.
