Purpose: Design, manufacture, procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 kV transmission lines for Phase-1 of the C-5 Power Evacuation Scheme. Procurement method: International Competitive Bidding (ICB) through Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure.
Bidding documents are available on NGC's website: www.ntdc.com.pk. Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in E-PADS and submitted through E-PADS only. Bid security (original) must be submitted before the bids submission deadline to:
Director General (Procurement), NGC, Hall No. 02, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore, Pakistan.
Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM PST. This advertisement is also available on PPRA and NGC websites (www.ppra.org.pk & www.nlde.gov.pk). NGC reserves all rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Rule-33(1) of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
