E-Tender: SLA for Technical Support Staff, Training Lab — Punjab Forensic Science Authority (FSA-684)

Issuer: Punjab Forensic Science Authority (Home Department), Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Purpose: Provision of technical support staff under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Training Lab of PFSA.

Submission method: Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals through the Punjab E-Procurement portal (registration on the portal is required). Manual bids will not be accepted.

Deadline and opening: Proposals must be submitted on E-Procurement on or before 2026-09-22 (submission deadline). Technical proposals will be opened on the same day on E-Procurement at 11:30 hours.

If the last date for submission is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. The procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement system and in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (including Rule 35 which allows rejection of all bids).
