CPSP Tender: Hiring Contractor for Renovation & Rehabilitation Works — Hyderabad Regional Centre

College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under the One-Stage, Two-Envelope (packed in one envelope) procedure for hiring a contractor for renovation/rehabilitation and associated civil works at the CPSP Regional Centre, Hyderabad. Firms with specialised experience in office or educational buildings are invited to apply.

Mandatory submission requirements (documents to accompany technical proposal):
1. Company profile with name, permanent address, phone, e-mail, fax, etc.
2. Legal status: Partnership deed / Articles of Association and valid Power of Attorney if applicable.
3. Track record: List of similar projects executed (including cost, location, completion time).
4. Client satisfaction: Performance/completion certificates from previous clients.
5. Current workload: List of similar works currently in hand.
6. Financial stability: Audited balance sheets or a bank statement/certificate for the last one year.
7. Tax compliance: Proof of FBR registration and valid NTN.
8. Professional licensing: Valid PEC registration if applicable.
9. Non-blacklisting affidavit: Declaration that the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client.

Documents (including TORs) can be purchased from the CPSP Regional Centre Hyderabad or CPSP HQ Karachi upon written request. Pay Order/Bank Draft for the TOR fee should be drawn in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan." CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per law without assigning any reason.
