National Grid Hyderabad Tender 02/DG/FO/HYD/2026-27 for SF6 Gas Procurement

The Office of the Director General (Field Operations), National Grid Hyderabad, National Grid Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of SF6 gas under Tender No. 02/DG/FO/HYD/2026-27, procurement reference P185829. Funds have been reserved for financial year 2026-27, and part of these funds will cover eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must include the bid security amount required in the bidding documents, in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit or Demand Draft, or a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/185829. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is required to participate.

Bids prepared according to the electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
