Eligibility requirements (as stated):
- Registration with FBR for Income Tax and with BRA and present on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- Registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm.
- Not blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority.
- At least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity.
- Turnover of at least 49,500,000 in three subsequent previous years.
- At least one completed assignment of MHVRA in Balochistan territory.
- Bidders must provide evidence that uploaded documents are original.
Note: Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
