Key Eligibility & Conditions
- Applicants must have passed Matriculation with Biology, Physics and Chemistry, securing at least 50% marks in Science subjects.
- Matriculation grade of C or above is mandatory.
- Minimum age is 18 years as on the closing date.
- Candidates who have appeared in SSC (10th Class) Annual Examination 2026 and are awaiting intermediate results may apply subject to submission of required original documents when available (Hope Certificate conditions apply).
- Admissions will be granted strictly on the basis of academic merit and the prescribed quota policy. Applications are invited from both male and female candidates.

- Application forms are available from the College of Medical Technology (CMT), PIMS, Islamabad on payment of Rs. 200 per form.
- Completed forms and required documents must be submitted to the Office of the Principal, College of Medical Technology, PIMS, Islamabad.
