Regional Office, Crime Control Department, Lahore Region invites e-bids for Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations 2022. Reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and (where applicable) Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax may submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key dates & submission: E-bids will be received until 2026-09-12 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement website (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-Procurement system.
Bid security & performance guarantee: Bidders must provide original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost (see table below) in an accepted form (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order) as per PPRA rules. Performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract value will be required and will be refunded on successful completion of the contract.
