Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology (FIC) invites electronic bids (E-PADS) from well-reputed firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers list for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will be through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key submission details and eligibility:
- Bidding method: Single stage, two envelope basis in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 (amended to date).
- Download bidding documents free of cost from: http://epp.punjab.gov.pk
- Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Each tender must be submitted separately.
- Bid security: 1% of the estimated cost (refundable) to be submitted electronically through PSID generated on http://epp.punjab.gov.pk in favor of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology for each tender.
- FIC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
