Tender: Conservation of Taxila Railway Station – DG Archaeology Punjab (Rs.100M)

Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with specialization BC-02 (Restoration & Conservation) and relevant experience in conservation projects for the Conservation of Taxila Railway Station.

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System: eproc.punjab.gov.pk (ePADS/e-P system).

- Technical & Financial Bid Submission Date and Time: 2026-09-10 at 02:00 PM.

- Technical Bid Opening Date and Time: 2026-09-10 at 02:30 PM.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-31 at 12:00 PM at Directorate General of Archaeology, 60-A Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore.

- Earnest money: 5% of estimated cost by PSD instrument through the e-P system in favour of Director General Archaeology; validity 90 days beyond bid submission date.

- Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must quote rates against each BOQ item (not percentages) and submit complete bids online.

- Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have required conservation experience. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failures related to e-submission or internet issues. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
