Corrigendum: Procurement of PCR Kits, RDTs, Lab Items & Consumables — Health & Population Department Punjab

Health & Population Department Punjab (Center for Disease Control & Prevention, Lahore) issues a corrigendum for e-bids already advertised for the procurement of PCR kits, RDTs, laboratory items and consumables on a framework contract basis for FY 2026-27. Bidders must submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Amended).

Bidding documents, specifications and detailed instructions are available for free download from the Punjab PPRA website and the CDC Punjab website. Only bids submitted and bid security uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted.

Additional requirements and notes:

• Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope as per Rule 38(2) Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
• Bids must quote competitive prices on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis at the consignee's end; detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents.
• Bid security (as specified in bidding documents) must be uploaded electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments (CD/PO/BG/Cheque) will not be accepted.
• Interested bidders may download bidding documents from: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://cdcp.punjab.gov.pk.
• Bidders are responsible for timely upload of their bids; allow sufficient time to avoid portal or upload issues. The Directorate reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
