Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab. Procuring agencies: Executive Engineer, 4th Building Division Lahore & Superintending Engineer, Building Circle No.3, Lahore. Tenders are invited on single-stage single-envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligibility: Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year with PEC Category C-6 or above holding the relevant specialized code CE-10 & ME-01. Contractors must produce the original PEC licence/certificate showing the relevant category and specialized code.
Submission: Bids must be submitted online only at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Manual/physical bids and physical bid securities (CDR) will not be accepted. Bid security 5% of the bid amount must be submitted through PSID as prescribed by the e-Procurement System.
