Special Branch Headquarters, Punjab, Lahore (on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, Special Branch, Punjab) invites e-Bids/Proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) for supply and services against the following heads of accounts. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

How to apply / submit bids: Submit proposals online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Technical and financial proposals should be submitted as required by the eP system. Bidders must comply with conditions and provide required bid security as shown above. Original documents or earnest money instruments, if required, should be provided as specified by the e-Procurement rules and the tender document.
Other important conditions: Procurement will be conducted electronically under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender documents and any amendments will be available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the PPRA website. Technical proposals will be opened publicly at the stated time; financial proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders after technical evaluation as per the procedure stated in the tender. A performance guarantee (as per tender terms) will be required from the successful bidder. Late submissions will not be accepted.
