Tender Invitation: Eye, ENT, Urology Equipment & Tissue Fusion / Vessel Sealing System — MTI DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DHQ Teaching Hospital, Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed tenders through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for procurement of Eye, ENT, Urology equipment and Tissue Fusion & Vessel Sealing System for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and comply with eligibility requirements.

- Bid documents may be downloaded from EPADS: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The advertisement is also available on KPPRA website.

- Pre-bid meeting will be held on 08-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Committee Room, DHQ Teaching Hospital, D.I. Khan.

- Bidders must submit sealed bids (single stage two-envelope). Original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 2% in favour of "MTI DHQ T H D.I. Khan" must accompany bids. Both original and physical CDR required as per advertisement.

- Bids can be uploaded on EPADS or submitted physically; bids received through hand/post/courier/email/fax will NOT be accepted unless uploaded on EPADS or submitted as per instructions.

- Interested eligible bidders who want to participate should register with EPADS to obtain the tender documents and participate online.
