TMA Pabbi E-Tender for Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (Front Loader, Mini Tippers, Tractor Trolleys)

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Pabbi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites e-tenders (EPADS) for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Funds have been received from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chassis for the vehicles will be supplied by TMA Pabbi. Bidders must be registered manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission and eligibility: Interested and eligible bidders/contractors must be registered on the EPADS portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk) and complete supplier/registration. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS under the single stage two-envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules.

Bid security: Original two percent (2%) bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Pabbi" must be sealed in the envelope and marked as such, then sent to the given address before the closing date and time.

Dates and opening: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded on or before 2026-09-14 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS.

Other terms: All applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties etc.) as per government rules will apply. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to TMA staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
