Rawalpindi Women University Tender for Projectors and Smart Interactive LEDs (Lot-wise)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Women University. Invitation to bid for procurement of IT equipment on a bulk, lot-wise basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

How to obtain documents: Tender documents are available to download free of charge from the Punjab e-Procurement System (e.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Rawalpindi Women University website (www.rwu.edu.pk).

Submission and opening: Submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Deadline for e-submission: 2026-09-01 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Eligibility and documentation: Firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax and/or Punjab Sales Tax where applicable) with an active taxpayer profile and have adequate experience. Bidders must provide bid security via Bank of Punjab (online drawn) as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement Portal in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. Physical submission of original affidavit of non-blacklisting on stamp paper plus copies of Income Tax certificate, GST and/or Punjab Sales Tax certificate (where applicable) and Professional Tax Certificate is required at the address below before the closing date and time. All copies must be properly attested. Non-compliant bids may be rejected.

Right to reject: University management may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
