E-Tender: Improvement, Revitalization & Upgradation of TDCP Tourist Resort Kallar Kahar, Chakwal

Issuing Authority: Punjab Highway Department / Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Chakwal. E-tenders are invited from eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and in relevant PEC category, in accordance with PPRA Rules. Contractors must produce original PEC Licence having the required code/class and submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost as specified.

Key participation requirements: registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System (epunjab.gov.pk), compliance with PPRA rules, submission of bids and bid security electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents, specifications and other instructional videos/guidance are available on the Punjab e-Procurement YouTube channel and the e-Procurement portal. Only bids submitted online through the e-Procurement System will be considered. Bids will be opened publicly through the e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important dates and conditions: electronic submission and opening procedures will follow the Punjab e-Procurement System rules. The Tender Opening Committee will open bids on the published opening date. Late or incomplete tender documents will not be accepted.
