Purpose: Sealed proposals are invited under a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure for provision of storage and courier services for distribution of Chromebooks across Pakistan.
Eligibility & submission requirements: Bidders must be reputable courier/service provider firms on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax authorities and holding GST/NTN numbers and an AGPR vendor number. Instructions to bidders (ITD) can be downloaded from the ministry and PPRA websites. Proposals must be submitted as sealed bids.
Deadline and opening: Proposals must reach the office by Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m.
