MEPCO Request for Bids — Distribution System Improvement & Expansion Project (DSIEP)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites sealed bids for plant design, supply and installation works under the Distribution System Improvement & Expansion Project (DSIEP). The procurement is funded by the World Bank and follows a Single Stage Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure (without prequalification).

Scope: Multiple lots for design, supply and installation works related to distribution/transmission infrastructure (including grid/132 kV stations and associated transmission lines) under the DSIEP. Eligible international and national contractors may participate in accordance with the bidding documents.

Procurement method: Single Stage Two-Envelope (technical and financial envelopes). Bidders must prepare and submit bids as specified in the bidding documents.

How to obtain documents and submit bids: Bidding documents and instructions are available from the Project Management Unit (PMU), MEPCO. Completed bids must be delivered to the PMU at the address below by the stipulated deadline (see bidding documents for exact submission and opening times).
