Purpose: Electronic invitation to bid for multiple road construction and rehabilitation works for the year 2026 under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Tender documents are available and bids are to be submitted only through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of BPPRA.

Eligibility & required documents: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan revenue authority registration required. The bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least 39,200,000 PKR in previous years showing financial capacity. Required documentation includes Green Challan, CDR, affidavit for conflict of interest, affidavit for failure to sign contract and non-performance, duly attested.
