Municipal Corporation Turbat invites sealed bids from firms or persons registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for Development Works under the Special Grant for the year 2026-27. Bidding documents are available from the office on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,500. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of a Call Deposit in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Turbat.
Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility: PEC registration in the relevant category, presence on the Active Taxpayers List, and the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope.
