Invitation for E-Bids: Procurement & Commissioning of Diesel Generators — Medical Teaching Institute, KICH&CH, Hayatabad Peshawar

Issuer: Medical Teaching Institute, Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital (MTI-KICH&CH), Hayatabad, Peshawar.

Purpose: Invitation for E-Bids (via EPADS / E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized agents of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) registered with FBR for the procurement, installation and commissioning of diesel generator sets for MTI-KICH&CH.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be registered on the KP e-procurement portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk), be Active Tax Payers (appearing on FBR ATL), and comply with EPADS registration and bid submission rules. All taxes, duties and other government levies will apply as per rules. Original Bid Security (as CDR) must be submitted to the Project Director by the specified deadline. Pay Orders are not acceptable. Late or hard-copy/email/fax submissions will not be accepted.

Key Dates & Submission Instructions:

- Pre-Bid Meeting: 2026-09-01 at 10:00 AM (PST) at the Conference Room of MTI-KICH&CH.

- Last date/time for uploading e-bids on EPADS: 2026-09-17 by 10:30 AM (PST).

- Opening of submitted bids (online): 2026-09-17 at 11:00 AM (PST).

- Original CDR (Bid Security) must be delivered to the Project Director, MTI-KICH&CH, on or before 2026-09-17 by 10:30 AM (PST); bids will be rejected if original bid security is not received by the deadline.
