Assistant Director LG&RDD, Tehsil Headquarters Upper Mohmand invites e-bids (through EPADS) on a single-stage, single-envelope basis from PEC-registered contractors enlisted with C&W as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centralized Enlistment Policy for the current financial year. Bidding documents must be downloaded from the official EPADS website and KPPRA site, completed and uploaded via EPADS before the deadline. Bid securities are required and shall be submitted as specified below.

Key Instructions and Conditions
- Bidding documents to be downloaded from the official EPADS website (www.portal.kp.ep.gov.pk) and KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) after publishing of NIT. The bid documents shall be filled, scanned and uploaded via EPADS.
- Contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category (C-5 or above where specified) and possess required PEC codes.
- Bid securities shall be in the shape of call deposit in favor of Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand. Original bid security and any additional required security must be submitted as per EPADS requirements.
- Bids will be valid for 120 days from bid closing date. PEC, FBR and KPPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) must be valid for the current financial year.
- Last date/time for online clarifications: up to 05:00 PM on 2026-09-04. All other terms and conditions as per KPPRA and EPADS rules.
