College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under the One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for hiring a contractor to carry out renovation/rehabilitation and related civil works at the CPSP Regional Centre Hyderabad.
TOR Acquisition & Fee: Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Regional Centre Hyderabad or CPSP Headquarters Karachi on written request. Fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan".
Submission & Bid Security: Bids must be submitted in prescribed form along with earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Documents must be submitted directly to the CPSP Regional Centre Hyderabad (address below). Bids will be opened on the deadline date.
