The Medical Superintendent invites e-bids through the EPADS electronic procurement system from suppliers / firms / manufacturers / importers / authorised distributors on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR / IRB for supply and repair of items for the financial year 2026-27 under Rule 16(1) Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on the Sindh e-procurement portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; interested bidders are required to register on the EPADS supplier registration portal before submission.

Original instruments for the tender fee and the bid security for each tender must reach the procuring agency before the e-bid submission deadline. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Liaquat Medical College Hospital, Hyderabad. If the closing/opening day is a public holiday or an unforeseen circumstance occurs, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and time. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions.
