SEPCO Sukkur Invitation to E-Bids for Single-Phase AMR/AMI Meters & Bill Printing (Tender No. 1394/26)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO), Sukkur. SEPCO invites sealed electronic bids via EPADS v2.0 for supply of Single-Phase AMR/AMI meters and for printing of electricity consumer bill forms on an F.O.R. basis (free delivery to consignee's stores).

Procurement method: Single Stage - One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). E-bidding only via EPADS v2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before submission.

Key conditions: Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Banker Cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favour of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur. Bid validity: 80 days; bank instrument must remain valid for an additional 28 days beyond bid validity. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0; original must be submitted to the procuring agency on or before the e-bid closing date/time or the e-bid will be rejected. Prices must be firm and final; no post-opening escalation will be accepted.
