The Common Management Unit (CMU) invites sealed bids for procurement and commissioning of a 1000 kVA distribution transformer including supply, installation, testing and industrial protection panel at the CMU warehouse in Islamabad. Funds have been reserved for this procurement planned for FY 2026-27.
Procurement will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure and bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents. Bidding documents and submission instructions are available on the procuring agency's website and the Authority's e-procurement portal (EPADS); vendors who have not yet registered on EPADS v2 should do so before submitting bids.
