E-Bidding Notice: Construction & Rehabilitation of Playgrounds (Sports Facilities) — Directorate of Works & Implementation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Directorate of Works & Implementation, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelopes E-Bidding System (E-PADS) for multiple construction, upgradation and rehabilitation works of playgrounds and allied sports infrastructure across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids must follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules and be submitted online via the E-PADS system. Hard copy of CDR/bid security must reach the office before the bid submission deadline as specified for each lot.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category shown for each package.
- Active registration on Federal/Provincial tax rolls and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Single Stage Two Envelope procedure: technical and financial bids to be submitted as per instructions. Technical evaluation will be carried out as per the published criteria. Original hard copy of CDR (bid security) must reach the Directorate by the due date/time.
