Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan) invites Expressions of Interest for prequalification of reputed advertising agencies/firms/companies under an Open Framework Agreement through E-PADS 2.0.
Eligible agencies must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities and with the Press Information Department (PID), Pakistan Broadcasting Association (PBA), and All Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS) as specified.
