Office of the Deputy Director Livestock & Dairy Development, Ghanche (Government of Gilgit-Baltistan) invites sealed bids for procurement of the undermentioned item under the Regular/Development Budget for the financial year 2026-27.

Key terms & submission requirements:

- Tender process: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

- Bid security: 2.5% of bid value must be furnished as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Deputy (Assistant) Director Livestock & Dairy Development, Ghanche.

- Validity: Tender rates will be considered/valid up to 2027-06-30.

- Mandatory documents: Experience certificate, Form-C, Registration certificate and bank statement for the last twelve months (01-07-2025 to 30-06-2026).

- Quotations must be computerized; handwritten rates will not be accepted.

- Supply/work order will be subject to release of funds and budgetary position.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance; it is not required to justify rejection of any bid or proposal.
