THQ Hospital Khanpur Tender Notice for Medical, Surgical, Gases & IT Supplies – 2026

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Khanpur (District Rahim Yar Khan) invites e-bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors/authorized dealers and pharmacies with valid Form-9 license for supply of medicines, disposable & surgical items (for local purchase, SSP & Zakat funds), refilling of medical gases cylinders, dialysis items, laboratory & blood bank items, general store items and IT items for the fiscal year 2026-27.

Key instructions and procurement details:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (http://www.ppra.org.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014, amended till date). All eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document may participate.

- All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

- Bid security: 1% of the estimated cost. Bid security may be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee in favor of the procuring agency or paid online through a PSID generated by the e-Procurement System, as specified.

- Bidders should upload their bids as final and complete; prices will not be negotiated. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government laws.

- Presence of the procuring committee member and any bidder/representative is permitted at bid opening as per the procedure.
