Pre-Qualification / Tender Notice 2026-27 – Building Repair & Maintenance (Postmaster General, Northern Sindh Circle, Hyderabad)

Postmaster General, Northern Sindh Circle, Hyderabad invites electronic Pre-Qualification Bids/Quotations from contractors/firms for building repair and maintenance works for the year 2026-27. Eligible firms must be already registered with other government departments and seek registration with this office.

Key documents and eligibility requirements (as stated): copy of registration/firm particulars; Form-A with full name, registration, full address, telephone/cell number and email; PEC licence/certificate for 2026-27 with prescribed relevant building code and appointment of a Civil Engineer. If PEC licence is not yet issued, submit agreement with Civil Engineer and PEC application receipt with bank deposit receipt. Detailed documentary proof of projects completed during the last 3 years; list of projects showing departments, names and details; financial status evidenced by bank statements/certificates for last 3 years; Income Tax/TIN certificates and proof of active filer status; list of litigation (if any); affidavit/certificate of non-blacklisting on stamp paper (Rs.100/-); partnership deed or single-owner proof; list of vehicles and tools; undertaking regarding completion of work within stipulated period and acceptance of security deposit conditions.

Profiles will be checked by the tender committee and technical committee and scrutinized under PRRA rules. All documents must be submitted through EPADS-2.0 by the stated deadline; original hard copy profiles and required fees/deposits must also be delivered to the office before opening. Manual/electronic non-compliant submissions may be rejected. Notification and grievance redressal will follow PPRA rules.
