Project Implementation Unit (PIU), BWSIP Component-B invites qualified professionals to apply for five specialist positions to support BWSIP implementation in Quetta. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted; detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on the project website. Submit CV and cover letter by the closing date (see below).

| Financial Management Specialist | 01 | Qualified CA/ACCA or Master's degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounts | Minimum seven (7) years' relevant experience, preferably in the public/development sector; experience in financial management, budgeting, FMIS and donor-funded project financial controls; familiarity with Pakistani public financial rules advantageous. |
| Environmental Specialist | 01 | Master's degree in Environmental Sciences/Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Engineering or related discipline | Minimum seven (7) years' professional experience in environmental assessment and management for development projects; knowledge of national and international environmental and social safeguards and mitigation measures; experience preparing/implementing Environmental Management Plans. |
| Social Development Specialist | 01 | Master's degree (16 years) in Sociology, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Community Development or related field | Minimum seven (7) years' experience in social development and safeguards, stakeholder engagement, resettlement and livelihood restoration; experience with community mobilization, gender and vulnerable groups, and implementing social management plans for development projects. |
| WASH Specialist | 01 | Master's degree (16 years) in Environmental/Civil Engineering, Water/Sanitation, Public Health or related discipline | Minimum seven (7) years' professional experience in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) programs and infrastructure; experience in planning, design, operation and performance monitoring of WASH systems and community hygiene promotion; familiarity with donor project requirements preferred. |
