Submission: Single-stage (two-envelope) bidding is required. Suppliers must submit (i) Technical Offer and (ii) Commercial Offer separately by the tender due date.
Tender documents can be downloaded from www.karachishipyard.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bidding documents must be purchased from the Procurement Department on payment of Rs 2,000. Documents may be obtained at least a day before the tender due date from 00:00 to 15:30 Hrs. Bidders located outside Karachi may obtain documents via courier service.
Tenders will be opened at 11:00 am on the tender due date in the presence of bidders' representatives. Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
