The institute has published a tender notice for multiple supply/procurement packages. The procuring method is Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bidders must provide bid security in the shape of a pay order / demand draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Karachi. Original (hard copy) of the proposal must be submitted to the address above along with the online submission.

Technical bids will be opened (technical bid opened on the same day at 02:30 PM) in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the Committee Room of the Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Karachi. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later and in the presence of their representatives.

All bids must be submitted through the EMADS Portal as required; bids not submitted online or received after the prescribed date/time will be rejected. Partial and incomplete bids will not be considered. If the opening date falls on a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Results of bid evaluation will be announced with reasons for acceptance or rejection in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (and amendments).
