Issuer: Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KWSSC). KWSSC invites applications for two GIS Analyst positions to support modernization of water supply and sewerage services in the Karachi metropolitan area.

Candidates with government project experience will be given preference. | Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD Map (or equivalent); experience with dashboards, web maps, mobile GIS tools; familiarity with ERDAS Imagine. Web GIS platforms, mapping, spatial analysis, field survey coordination (GPS, drones, mobile data collection). | Contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable on satisfactory performance. | Maximum 45 years (on date of publication) |
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating GIS databases for water and sewerage assets (pipelines, valves, filter plants, manholes), preparing maps, drawings, dashboards and spatial reports, conducting network and spatial analysis to identify leaks and service gaps, supporting engineering teams in design and planning, developing web-GIS platforms and dashboards, coordinating field surveys using GPS, drones and mobile data applications, and ensuring data quality and documentation.
