Key responsibilities include authorizing claims, invoices, change orders and variations; ensuring project delivery within approved budgets; maintaining project documentation; troubleshooting construction issues; ensuring materials and works meet specifications and consultants' recommendations; and managing and monitoring project progress. The role requires high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.
