Punjab C&W Tender: Dual Power Source for Lahore High Court Offices (Punjab Judicial Academy)

Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab invites single-stage two-envelope e-tenders for the provision of a dual source of electricity for the offices of the Lahore High Court located on the 4th & 5th floors of the Punjab Judicial Academy, Fane Road, Lahore. Bidders must be registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 with PEC Category C-5 or above and hold the relevant specialized codes CE-10, EE-04 & EE-05. The original PEC license/certificate showing relevant category and specialized code must be produced.

Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents, DNIT and detailed requirements are available to registered bidders on the e-Procurement portal and on the PPRA website. All submissions, including the DNIT and bid security, must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System. Manual/physical bids or physical financial instruments (including Call Deposit Receipts) will not be accepted.

Bid security: 5% of the DNIT cost, to be submitted through PSID as prescribed by the e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened online on the date and time specified below at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore by the respective Tender Opening Committee (TOC). Representatives attending must be duly authorized through an attested Power of Attorney.
