Purpose: E-procurement of the above-mentioned items on lot-wise basis from Original Manufacturers / Authorized Distributors / General Order Suppliers under Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (open competitive single stage two-envelope).
Submission & Opening:
- E-bids must be submitted through Punjab E-Procurement System on or before 21 September 2026 till 11:00 am (online submission only).
- Bid opening: 21 September 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives (if closing/opening date falls on a holiday, the next working day same time and venue).
Bid Security & Payment: Bids must be accompanied by bid security (3% of estimated cost) as specified — via online payment or Bank Guarantee to PPRA Account. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or otherwise non-compliant bids will be rejected.
Eligibility & Requirements: Open to eligible bidders as defined in bidding document. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot.
