MTI-HMC Peshawar Tender: Supply of Cath Lab, Cardiac & Stroke Intervention Disposables (E-Bids)

Issuer: Office of the Hospital Director, MTI / Hayatabad Medical Complex (MTI-HMC), Peshawar (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

Purpose: Invitation to e-bids through e-PAIDS (KPPRA Rules 2014) for supply of cath lab, cardiac intervention, stroke/peripheral intervention and electrophysiology disposables. Procurement is for MTI-HMC and its affiliated institutions. Bidders must be registered manufacturers/importers/suppliers with relevant registration authorities and the Tax Department (income tax, sales tax, FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable).

Key submission & bid conditions:

• Submission method: Electronic submission via e-PAIDS portal only. Original bid bond / documents as required must also be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Department, MTI-HMC before the bid closing time.
• Eligibility: Registered suppliers/manufacturers/importers with valid tax registrations (FBR, sales tax) and KP revenue registration where applicable.
• Bid security: Rs. 500,000/- as shown. Bid security must be in the form and manner required by the bidding documents.
• Deadline for e-bid submission: 2026-10-05 by 11:00 AM (local time). Late bids will not be accepted.
• Bid opening: 2026-10-05 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar (through e-PAIDS) — bidders or their representatives may attend.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-21 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Administration Block, MTI-HMC, Peshawar. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
• Rates will remain valid until 2028-06-30 as per KPPRA framework.
