Tender: Outsourcing Solid Waste Management Services – Tehsil Faisalabad (Rural‑II)

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites bids for the outsourcing of solid waste management services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad (Rural‑II Areas) for a period of four years, extendable to another two years.

Important actions and instructions:

- Bidding documents published on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e‑Procurement System websites and available on the LWMC website. Interested bidders must register and submit bids through the Punjab e‑Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx

- Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-09-17 at 11:00 hours (venue: address below).

- Bid submission deadline (online via Punjab e‑Procurement System): 2026-09-30 at 14:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

- Bids must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted in conformity with the bidding document. Response time for submission shall be calculated exclusively from the publication on the PPRA/ Punjab e‑Procurement portals as per the bidding procedure.
