Project Implementation Unit (PIU), BWSIP Component B invites eligible candidates to apply for specialist positions to support the Balochistan Water Sector Improvement Project (Component B). Appointments are on a contract basis. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) are available on the project website.

| Financial Management Specialist | 01 | Qualified CA / ACCA or Master’s in Commerce / Finance | Relevant experience in public/private sector financial management; familiarity with national regulatory standards; knowledge of Cash-Basis IPSAS is a plus; strong MS Office and accounting software skills; experience in Balochistan advantageous; article-ship in a Chartered Accountant firm an advantage. |
| Environmental Specialist | 01 | Master's in Environmental Science / Environmental Management / Natural Resource Management / Water Resources / Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering or related | Minimum seven (7) years post-qualification experience in environmental assessment and safeguards; knowledge of national and international environmental policies and safeguards; experience with donor-funded projects and stakeholder engagement. |
| Social Development Specialist | 01 | Master's degree (16 years) in Sociology, Social Development, Community Development or related | Minimum seven (7) years professional experience in social development, community engagement, social safeguards, grievance redress mechanisms, stakeholder consultations, and gender/resettlement issues; experience in Balochistan advantageous; strong communication and documentation skills. |
| WASH Specialist | 01 | Master's degree (16 years) in Civil / Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Sanitation, Public Health or related | Minimum seven (7) years experience in water supply & sanitation projects, WASH program design and implementation, NRW and utility performance improvement; experience with community-based water supply and donor-funded programs preferred. |
