Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar invites tenders on EPAD system under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage One Envelope) from eligible firms/contractors for nine highway special repair/AOM&R packages for the 2025-26 season. Bidders must be on the active taxpayers list of KPRA and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization.

Submission / Important Instructions
Bids must be submitted through the PKHA EPAD System (visit www.pkha.gov.pk) or KP e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gkp.pk). Original Call Deposits (CDRs) as bid security, copies of CNIC, PEC registration, KPRA (Active Taxpayer) status and other required documents must be deposited/attached as per tender documents. CDRs in favor of the Managing Director PKHA only will be accepted. Tender documents, Engineer Estimate and Instructions to Bidders are available on PKHA website.
