Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence Complex Islamabad (DCI) invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors for miscellaneous works at DCI Islamabad. Qualified contractors enlisted with MES may apply; non-enlisted firms may apply if they attach earnest money equal to 2% of the contract amount in the form of CDR/Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
