Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids for hiring a third-party consultant to conduct a yardstick study and revision of HR requirements under FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
