Notice Inviting Tenders — Multiple Building Works in District Naseerabad (Executive Engineer — Buildings, C.W., PPH& Department)

Executive Engineer (Buildings), C.W., PPH& Department, District Naseerabad invites sealed percentage-rate tenders (National Competitive Bidding) from eligible contractors for multiple repair, renovation, construction and boundary-wall works across District Naseerabad. Earnest money: 2% of bid. Time limit for each work: 12 months. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules.

Basic eligibility and bid requirements:

- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category (C-6 or above) and relevant discipline (e.g., CE-9, CE-10, CE-11) where applicable.
- Registration with tax authorities (NTN and Sales Tax Department) and status as Active Taxpayer where applicable.
- Relevant work experience and minimum turnover as specified in the bidding documents.
- Bidders must provide bid security/Earnest Money (2%) in the form specified in the bidding documents (bank guarantee or deposit at call).
- Bidding method: Single-stage, one-envelope procedure.
- Bidding documents available from the office of the Executive Engineer on deposit of non-refundable document fee (Rs. 1,000) through Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan or downloadable from the BPPRA website (downloaded copies require production of original payment receipt as specified).
