Punjab S&GAD Tender: Janitorial, Security & Technical Staff Services for Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore

Issuer: Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of the Punjab. Invitation to submit e-bids for hiring janitorial, security and technical staff for Tower-C at Old P&D Building site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Circuit House, Rawalpindi.

Eligibility: Registered firms/companies/sole proprietors/concerned general order Service Providers/Joint Ventures (if applicable) are invited to bid. Firms must be registered with relevant Revenue Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Bidders must submit E-bids on a lot basis; each lot will be awarded separately.

Submission method: Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (ePADs) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be accompanied by bid security of the estimated price as specified above. Original bid security instrument (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD) must be submitted online before the conclusion of the bid opening session. Late bids will be rejected.
