Issuer: M/s Rolling Stone Company, 3-C-10/10 / 10/09, Nazimabad, Karachi.
Purpose: Provisional allotments of specified plots in the Sukkur housing scheme have been cancelled due to default in payment of instalments under Clause 5 (default of 2 instalments) and Clause 7 (25% forfeiture) of the Sale Agreement.
