The University of Agriculture Swat (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites applications from qualified Pakistani nationals for regular faculty positions at the level of Associate Professor (BPS-20) and Assistant Professor (BPS-19).

| Associate Professor (BPS-20) – Regular | One post each in: Entomology; Food Science & Technology; Horticulture; Plant Breeding & Genetics; Soil & Environmental Sciences; Climate Resilient Mountain Agriculture (specialization in Climate Change Sciences and related fields). | Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution (as per HEC criteria). Either: (a) Ten years teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university/postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization; OR (b) Five years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university/postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field. Minimum publications: at least 10 research publications with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals. | 21–55 |
| Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – Regular |
• Three posts in: Computer Science; Artificial Intelligence.
• Two posts each in: Climate Resilient Mountain Agriculture (one each with specialization in Climate Change Sciences & GIS), Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Entomology, Soil & Environmental Sciences, Food Science & Technology. • One post each in: Plant Breeding & Genetics; Horticulture. |
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution (as per HEC criteria). (General HEC eligibility criteria apply.) | 21–55 |

• Application form and full details are available on the University website: https://www.uoas.edu.pk. Apply online via the university portal.
• Application fee: Rs. 8,000 for Associate Professor (S. No.1) and Rs. 3,000 for Assistant Professor (S. No.2). Fee to be deposited in Bank of Khyber A/C in the name of Treasurer, The University of Agriculture Swat. (Account number shown in advertisement.)
• Submit attested copies of degrees, certificates, experience certificates and other required documents as per application instructions. For the position of Associate Professor candidates are required to submit 04 copies of the application form along with dossiers.
• Applicants with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) / Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Islamabad where applicable.
• Employed candidates must apply through proper channel and submit NOC at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be accepted. The University reserves the right to withhold the appointment or to reject any/all applications without assigning reasons.
