Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the supply of various electrical goods under PMU procurement for FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow the procedures of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PESCO’s procurement guidelines.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0. Deadline for submission is 2026-09-28 at 10:00 AM (local). E-bids will be opened on 2026-09-28 at 10:30 AM (local) via EPADS v2.0. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
Bid Security & Eligibility: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document (acceptable in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee). Eligible bidders must register on the EPADS platform and comply with the detailed bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications and delivery requirements available from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
Procurement Rules & Documentation: Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PESCO’s Procurement Guidelines. Interested parties must obtain and review the bidding documents and follow registration procedures on EPADS. Manual submissions or late bids will be rejected.
